Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Welcome

By using WhispHub, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we want you to actually read them.

What WhispHub is

WhispHub is a social publishing platform for developer projects. You can share project pages, upload files, give hearts, echo other people's work, comment and follow creators.

Your account

  • You must be at least 15 years old to create an account.
  • You're responsible for your account security. Use a strong password.
  • One account per person. Don't impersonate others.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish on WhispHub (projects, files, comments). By publishing, you give us permission to store, display and serve your content as needed to run the service.

You must own or have rights to the content you upload. Don't publish:

  • Copyrighted material you don't have rights to share.
  • Malware, phishing tools, or anything designed to harm.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting individuals.
  • Sexually explicit content or content involving minors.
  • Personal data of others without their consent.

Intellectual property

The WhispHub name, logo, design, interface, original content and underlying code are the property of WhispHub and its founder. You're welcome to talk about WhispHub, screenshot it, share your own project pages — but please don't copy the brand, the design system, or present a clone as the original.

Moderation

We may remove content that violates these terms and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly cross the line. If you see something wrong, report it via the contact form.

Availability

WhispHub is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. It's a solo project built with love, not an SLA-backed enterprise service. If it breaks, we fix it.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhispHub is not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of profit, etc.). Always back up important content yourself.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before the new version takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably (via the contact form) falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
